Do you support OEM/ODM services and Private Label?
We provide OEM/ODM services and support silkscreen printing your brand LOGO on the hardware parts of the lighting fixtures.

How long does it usually take to customize a large project lighting fixture?
The production lead time for customized large project lighting fixtures is approximately 45 days.
Global Certifications & Quality Control (QC)
Are your products certified? (For different markets)
The electrical parts of crystal chandeliers (lamp holders, wires, plugs) will be matched with certified accessories according to the export country. e.g., CE for Europe, UL for North America, BIS for India.
What is your QC (Quality Control) process?
Crystal chandeliers are traditional handmade products. Since we use externally purchased LED bulbs, there is no 24-hour aging test. However, we have strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and production monitoring to ensure quality.

What is the average production cycle for large hotel lighting orders?
Regular products (≤1.8m): ~25 days; Large regular products (>1.8m): ~30-45 days; Bracket lights: ~35 days; Customized/Modified: ~30-45 days.
How do you handle the packaging of fragile items for sea freight?
We use unique blister packaging and professional seamless pressing machines with high-temperature hot melt adhesive to firmly bond the packaging film, providing excellent cushioning for fragile items to ensure sea freight safety.
Do you support DDP or customs clearance assistance?
We do not support DDP or L/C. We only accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Goods can only be picked up after providing a bank slip and payment confirmation.
Wholesale Terms, Pricing & Payments
Are there tiered discounts or wholesale prices for project purchases?
Tiered pricing does not apply to decorative chandeliers; project prices depend on the actual situation and quantity. Wholesale purchases of regular products have MOQ requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
High-end customized products have no MOQ limits. However, wholesale purchases of regular products have specific MOQ requirements.
What is your warranty policy? What if parts are missing?
We provide a 2-5 year warranty and include 3%-5% extra spare crystals. If parts are missing on-site, we promise free and fast replacement.
