Before you order crystal chandeliers from a factory in China, three questions decide your schedule and budget: the crystal chandelier MOQ (how many you must order), whether you need a sample, and how long production takes. Part 1 Crystal Chandelier MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
There is no single crystal chandelier MOQ. Instead, it depends on what you are buying.

Pricing. Decorative chandeliers don’t follow a fixed tiered price list. Project prices depend on design, size, crystal choice and quantity, so send your list for an exact quotation.
Part 2 Samples
In general, a sample is worth it when appearance must be approved — a finish colour for a hotel group, a new crystal cut, or a first order with a new supplier.

Part 3 Crystal Chandelier Lead Times
Lead time starts when the deposit is received and the drawing is approved — not when you first send an inquiry.

Part 4 What Delays Chandelier Orders — and How to Avoid Them
- Late design changes. Changing size or tiers after production starts means new frame parts. Therefore, check the drawing carefully, especially the overall drop height.
- Unclear finish. “Gold” can mean many shades, so approve the finish on a sample or by video before production.
- Missing electrical details. Tell us your destination country at the start, so lamp holders, wiring and plugs are matched with certified parts — for example CE for Europe, UL for North America, BIS for India, EAC for Russia and Kazakhstan, or SASO for Saudi Arabia.
- Chinese New Year. Factories and suppliers across China close for several weeks around the holiday, and orders queue up before and after it. If you need goods early in the year, place your order well before the holiday.
Part 5 Payment, Packing and After-Sales
- Payment: T/T only — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We don’t offer L/C or DDP. Goods are released once the balance is confirmed.
- Packing: blister packaging sealed with a hot-melt film press, cushioning crystal and frame parts for sea freight.
- Spares: every shipment includes 3–5% extra crystals.
- Warranty: 2–5 years. If anything is missing on site, we send replacements free of charge.
